Rocca Drive
This
neglected 1920's cottage was in considerable need of a renovation.
Siding and window replacement was the focus of this project, as well as
the creation of a new entry. However, as the project progressed, dry
rot and termite damage was discovered throughout most of the
framing. Along with repairs to both the outside and inside
framing, the 2 bedroom 1 bath expanded to a 3 bedroom 1 1/2 bath, with
plans for additional rooms and a carport. |

Mirabel Avenue
This home was exposed to fire damage. Repairs were made to the
entry, roof, kitchen area, carport and decks. Currently, the home is
being restored to its original condition, with some updating of the
kitchen amenities, and window replacement. The carport and decks will
also be rebuilt. |

Hillcrest Drive
This fun Craftsman renovation was also a challenge, as we worked
through one of the wettest winters on record! Renovations featured a
new carport and property line fence matching the existing Craftsman
style of the main home. Drainage was also incorporated in to the
project. |
